Belmont Oktoberfest – Tails & Ales Celebration  If you enjoyed last year’s inaugural Oktoberfest, join us this year for the same fun with a canine twist! We’ll have plenty of beverages, bands, vendors, and contests, but this year we’re tossing in plenty of dog-friendly vendors and activities as well. This celebration will double as a fundraiser for a future dog park in Belmont – so bring your best four-legged friend with you, grab a brew, and consider donating to the cause. 

 

Oct. 12, 12-5 p.m.

Music Fest Fall 2019  Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden welcomes a lineup of talented musicians with roots in bluegrass and beyond to the Hillside Theatre at Lost Hollow this fall. Enjoy music, food trucks, the Garden scenery and more! Admission is free for Garden members or free with general Garden admission. 

Oct. 19, 7 p.m.

Movies in the Park  Join us in Stowe Park for a movie under the stars (weather permitting)! This month we’ll have a special Halloween feature film: Hocus Pocus. Bring your own seating and we’ll have snacks available for purchase from Tastebud’s Popcorn! 

Oct. 26 & 27, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Bootanical  Live music at the Beer Garden will drift through the crisp fall air while attendees enjoy some not so frightening fantastic fall activities, gather around a camp fire to make s’mores, play fun games. Come dressed in your favorite costume — kids have the option of participating in a costume parade. 

Oct. 26, 3-9 p.m.

BooFest in Stowe Park Come enjoy a hauntingly fun evening full of music, activity vendors, art & craft vendors, food vendors, costume contests, games, carnival rides, a spooky photo booth, plenty of candy for trick-o-treaters, and more!

Nightmare on Main Street kicks off that evening, complete with a bar crawl through downtown Belmont.

Nov. 2 & 3, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Día de los Muertos at Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is one of the most important celebrations in Mexico and Latin America. This tradition honors loved ones who have departed in a festive atmosphere. The Garden will offer live entertainment, crafts, activities and food and beverages for purchase.
