Moonlight on Main, promises to offer vibrant lights and stunning art, turning downtown Belmont into an outdoor planetarium through Nov. 7.
A gleaming 23-foot-tall artificial moon will serve as a centerpiece, helping bring a warm glow to chilly fall nights, say organizers.
